Climate change

In room one we have been writing about climate change.
I enJoyed finding facts.
I found it hard to finish.

What is climate change and how dose it affect our planet?
Climate change affects the weather like hail, rain, snow and wind
it mostly affects the glaciers that's why they're melting and because
of this  the sea levels rise which will make some small islands disappear.
fossil fuels are also the car fossil fuel is as diesel, oil,
petrol and others  because we use so much fossil fuel all the chemicals float to
the Earth's atmosphere and that causes the greenhouse effect.
In conclusion  I believe that we should stop using fossil fuels and try
our best to end climate change.

Caged chickens

In room one we have been writing about caged chickens.

Would you like to live your whole life in a cage? I firmly believe that caged chickens should be band. Did you know 45,000 hens are caged in one shed and there cages are the size of a a4 peace of paper . 82 prescient of chickens are caged and from lack of vitamin D can get them rickets and they can not act natural and have dust baths to get little parasites off. And because lack of space they get osteoporosis when your bone can break easily.

Saint Mary Mackillop

Saint Mary Mackillop
In mass today our principal asked us three questions about Mary Mackillop.

Who  is Mary MacKillop?
What did Mary MacKillop do?
How did  she become a saint?

Mary MacKillop was the first  Australian saint.
Mary MacKillop got her first Job at the age of fourteen as a clerk.

In June 1995 MacKillop was beatified Pope John Paul the
second. In February  2010 an Australian woman who had
cancer had been cured after calling upon MacKillop in prayer.
Pope Benedict the sixteenth recognized her as a saint. She was
canonized on October

School holidays
During the second week of the school holidays we went to Auckland with my cousin Hezey. When we got there we went straight to Slyvia Park, Josh,Alesha,Hezey and I walked around and we found a VR gaming place, Hezey and I got to play on it and it was amazing.

Then we went to our hotel, checked in and waited for my sister, Ana, when she got to the hotel we all went to the pink bridge and then Ana and Josh went to go find some electric scooters for us to ride. The bridge was empty so we could go far and fast. The next day we went laser tagging and had a race in virtual reality. We had churros for lunch and then we went to Hamilton and stayed the night the next day we went to Rotorua when we got to the hotel we had a quick swim. After that we went to watch Fiji vs The Maori All Blacks.

St Francis

We are learning about saints.
I liked how I got to learn about St Francis because before I only knew he was the saint of animals.
I found the facts on the internet confusing because when I searched up the date of his birth it was hard to find.

St Francis of Assisi was born in Italy in 1181.His full name was Giovanni di Pietro di Bernardone and his feast day is the 4 of October. He died in October 3 in 1226. Later in life, he had a vision that left him with wounds resembling the wounds that Jesus suffered when he was crucified making Francis the first person to receive these holy wounds.

Fizz,Foam and Froth
Have you ever wondered what makes fizz, foam and froth? physical changes is like making water into ice its reversible but a chemical change is irreversible.

First put baking soda into a cup now add vinegar. Once the vinegar is added it will change the properties which will turn it into foam.
