Caged chickens

In room one we have been writing about caged chickens.

Would you like to live your whole life in a cage? I firmly believe that caged chickens should be band. Did you know 45,000 hens are caged in one shed and there cages are the size of a a4 peace of paper . 82 prescient of chickens are caged and from lack of vitamin D can get them rickets and they can not act natural and have dust baths to get little parasites off. And because lack of space they get osteoporosis when your bone can break easily.

Saint Mary Mackillop

Saint Mary Mackillop
In mass today our principal asked us three questions about Mary Mackillop.

Who  is Mary MacKillop?
What did Mary MacKillop do?
How did  she become a saint?

Mary MacKillop was the first  Australian saint.
Mary MacKillop got her first Job at the age of fourteen as a clerk.

In June 1995 MacKillop was beatified Pope John Paul the
second. In February  2010 an Australian woman who had
cancer had been cured after calling upon MacKillop in prayer.
Pope Benedict the sixteenth recognized her as a saint. She was
